And the Platinum Lounge includes the following services/features:

2. Chauffeur Service –pick-up and drop-off from anywhere in Dubai
3. Secure Wi-Fi connectivity, not available anywhere else within the visa application centre
4. Assistance with filling in application forms and making online payments
5. SMS updates at every stage of the visa application and decision process
6. Courier for direct return of passports and documents
7. Drinks and snacks
8. A free Oyster Card to top up and use on the London public transport system

If you intend to use the Priority Service (US$280) then you will be paying an additional US$371/- for other services and features of the Platinum Lounge.
